The data we collect is used for the following purposes: • Preparing solar quotations and feasibility reports • Order processing and installation coordination • Customer support services • Personalizing the TFTC AI quotation assistant • Fulfilling legal obligations • Service development and improvement (anonymized) Your data is never sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

The following measures are in place to protect your data: • SSL/TLS encrypted connections (across all communications) • Secure Supabase database (AWS Frankfurt) • NextAuth.js JWT authentication • Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt • Payment information is processed directly within the iyzico/Stripe infrastructure (TFTC Solar never sees your payment card data)
