2. Scope of Service
TFTC Solar is a marketplace platform offering the sale of solar energy products, quotation comparison, feasibility analysis, and Solar Academy training services.
3. User Account
You are required to provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your account. Please report any suspicious activity to info@tftc.com.tr.
4. Product and Quotation Information
Quotations are provided for informational purposes only; a binding contract is formed only after order confirmation. Prices include VAT and are updated in real time. TFTC Solar reserves the right to change prices.
5. Solar Calculator & AI Quotation
Results from the calculator and the AI quotation assistant are estimates. Actual output may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and installation quality. These results do not constitute a binding guarantee.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through the secure iyzico and Stripe infrastructure. Cancellation and refund terms are specified in the order confirmation email. B2B credit limits are subject to a separate agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
The site content, logo, brand name, and software belong to TFTC Solar. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
TFTC Solar shall not be held liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
9. Changes
