Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between the following parties: SELLER: TFTC Solar Enerji Teknolojileri A.Ş. Address: Konak, İzmir, Türkiye Tax Office / Tax No: Karşıyaka / 8430548221 MERSİS No: 0843054822100001 Email: info@tftc.com.tr · Phone: +90 530 4637090 BUYER: The natural or legal person identified by the name, address, email, and phone information provided at the time of order ("Buyer" or "Consumer"). By placing an order through shop.tftc.com.tr, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, with the characteristics specified in the Agreement, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website, shop.tftc.com.tr.

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the product/service are set out in the order summary displayed on the site before the order is completed, and in the order confirmation sent to the Buyer by email after the order — both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. For solar energy systems (villa, carport, EV charging, etc.), installation/assembly services may be charged separately and are subject to a separate service schedule.

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood, and electronically confirms, all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, the payment method, the delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal before placing the order. 4.2. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of order, within the periods stated on the Delivery and Returns page. 4.3. If the Seller determines that the ordered product cannot be delivered due to a stock or supply issue, the Seller may notify the Buyer and offer an equivalent product, or refund the payment within 14 days. 4.4. Product prices remain valid until updated; published prices and offers remain in effect until such an update is made.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or to the person/entity at the address indicated by the Buyer, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the Seller in writing within the 14-day period, either via info@tftc.com.tr or through the My Account panel. Any product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned in accordance with the conditions specified on the Delivery and Returns page.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured/customized according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs, systems whose installation has been completed and commissioned, and products which by their nature cannot be returned. These exceptions are additionally specified on the relevant product's order page.

If the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card/debit card, the Buyer will be liable to pay interest under the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be responsible to that bank. In such a case, the relevant bank may pursue legal remedies, and the Buyer is responsible for any resulting costs. In the event of the Seller's default, the Buyer may exercise the rights arising from Law No. 6502 and applicable legislation.

For disputes arising from this Agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller have jurisdiction; for disputes exceeding those limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

Once the Buyer completes payment for an order placed through shop.tftc.com.tr, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted, declared, and undertaken all terms of this Agreement. The Agreement is formed and enters into effect electronically upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order.
