Full name, email, phone, and address details; facility and consumption information; order and payment information; site usage data.
Purposes of Processing
Providing solar quotation and feasibility services, managing orders and installation, customer support, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.
Legal Bases
Under Article 5 of the KVKK: performance of a contract, legitimate interest, explicit consent (for marketing communications), and legal obligation.
Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with installation partners (service fulfillment), payment infrastructure providers (iyzico/Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase/AWS), and competent legal authorities. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention Period
Contract data is retained for 10 years, payment records for 10 years, marketing consent data until consent is withdrawn, and account data until the account is deleted.
Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request correction or deletion, object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board. Requests: info@tftc.com.tr
