Delivery and Returns

Following payment confirmation, your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within the lead time indicated on the product page (typically 3-7 business days). For in-stock products, the preparation time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time may take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the region served by the carrier. The total delivery time will not exceed the statutory maximum of 30 days from order confirmation.

Standard shipping is free on all orders within Turkey. Heavy or bulky products (solar panel packages, battery systems, carports, etc.) are shipped insured through our contracted freight partners. Your tracking number is sent to you by SMS and email once the product is handed over to the carrier. You can also track your order status from My Account → My Orders.

We recommend inspecting the product packaging in the presence of the delivery agent and requesting a damage report in the event of damaged or incomplete delivery. For large-volume products (carports, villa systems), assembly/installation is carried out by the TFTC Solar installation team at a separately scheduled appointment.

Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may create a return request via My Account → My Orders, or write to info@tftc.com.tr.

The product being returned must be; • Unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging, • Returned together with its invoice, • Not connected to the electrical installation and not installed/assembled Where installation/assembly of a solar system has already been completed, the right of withdrawal is limited to the pre-installation stage; requests for returns made after installation are handled under warranty and technical service. Unless the product was shipped defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products/services: • Products manufactured/customized according to the buyer's requests or personal needs (custom-sized carports, custom project installation services, etc.) • Systems whose installation has been completed and commissioned • Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which, for health and hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return

Once your return request is approved and the product reaches us, your payment is refunded via the same payment method (through the secure iyzico infrastructure) within 14 days at the latest. For installment transactions, refunds are processed by the bank according to your card's installment rules.
